Phoebe Tan is a multitalented Graphic Designer, Marketing Communication Strategist, Artist, and Curator. She crafts compelling stories that reflect her clients' unique identities and values, with artistic work rooted in her love for people and cultural exchange — creating impact, opportunities, and conversation among creators and viewers alike.

Phoebe built her career in Perth, Western Australia, working as an in-house designer at The Blue Room Theatre and Communications Officer at Propel Youth Arts WA. Alongside this, she founded Lume Collective Space (formerly Lume Collective Perth) — a non-profit, multidisciplinary arts platform supporting emerging creatives through free, community-facing exhibitions. Its inaugural show in January 2022 drew over 400 visitors on opening night, featuring 26 young artists exploring faith, mental health, and identity across visual art, live music, and spoken word. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Advertising and Graphic Design from Curtin University and an Arts Business Management Diploma from Singapore, with experience at organisations including Asian Geographic Magazine and Dialogue in the Dark, Singapore.

After eight years in Perth, Phoebe returned to Singapore in 2024 and co-founded Cheeky, a café inspired by her time abroad — stepping into ownership for the first time while designing its full brand identity, in-store experience, and collateral. She now runs the café day-to-day, alongside part-time freelance design work for F&B businesses across Singapore and ongoing creative projects with artists in Australia.

Phoebe is driven by a positive, bubbly nature and a deep love for people and cultural exchange. Wherever she's based, she's building spaces and brands that create real impact — for community, for creative practice, for conversations around mental health, and for whatever comes next.
